c.) The mortgagee auction will not include chattels in the property

As the vendor’s warranties have been crossed out which include the chattels, the buyer of a property sold at a mortgagee auction is not guaranteed to have any chattels when they can move into the property. The list of normal chattels for a property are light fittings, stove, window coverings and floor coverings. The previous owner is within their rights to remove the chattels before settlement.
