Auction in Auckland Home Sales

Another day at the Auckland House Auctions. 

Two weeks ago I went to another Auction inAuckland. It was a different real estate office that I normally go to. It was a funny auction where the room was full of people but very few people were actually bidding on any of the properties. The property one of my customers was looking to buy was the busiest property on the market. The agent advised him that there were eleven people bidding on his property. 

The first property was in Kiwi Rd Pt Chevalier. This was a character bungalow three bedroom home with smart new kitchen and a garden to play in. Sold for $776k. 

Second property was a two bedroom apartment in Kingsland which had a pool and gym.This sold for $355,000.00. 

Third property was in Glynnbrooke Street TeAtatu South. This is a three bedroom family home with large garage / rumpus area on a fully fenced section. Sold for $366,000.00. 

Fourth property in Margate Rd Blockhouse Bay is a modern single level family home with three bedrooms. This was passed in with no bidders. 

The next property was a two bedroom unit in Great North Rd Avondale which had a large lounge and a good size kitchen. Double carport with a small garden. Sold $315,000.00 

A hotly contested property was a 1960’s designed home in Waitati Place Avondale. This sold for $744,000.00 

Woodbank Drive Glen Eden was described as an Ideal home for first time buyers. Attractive single level brick and tile home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.Sold for $383,000.00. 

Described as a well located and low maintenance three bedroom home, two bathrooms, large rumpus room and Double garage.Marylandrd Pt Chev sold for $770,000.00. 

Harrington RdinHendersonsold for $310,000.00 described as classic weatherboard family home –with three bedrooms, freestanding garage / workshop and fully fenced section.

Kelkirk Street Kelston sold for $462,000.00. Home and income opportunity. Three bedrooms upstairs and a two bedroom flat downstairs in a handy location. 

Barnfield Placein Glendene sold for $350,000.00. Described as a barn size opportunity. Three bedrooms and two living spaces or fourth bedroom. 

Mt Smart Rd Onehunga was set aside for $275,000.00. This was a spacious two bedroom brick and title unit with a fully fenced backyard.

Cajero PlaceGreen baysold for $566250.00. This is a fully renovated home on a 708 sq section. Three bedrooms, polished floors, HRV system, wood burner and attractive garden.

Keegan Drive in Massey sold before the auction for $270,000.00. Described as a three bedroom home with views of the sky tower..
